David Gonville

As Lead Designer, David delivers rich, useful digital experiences and printed collateral for our clients. Trained in traditional graphic and brand design, David has applied his expertise to the digital realm, marrying beauty and utility for interfaces, digital signage, and beyond. As Chief Research Officer, David is responsible for researching and testing emerging media and new technologies to determine their usefulness for your business.

David gained advertising and interactive experience at RDW, where he worked for a variety of clients, such as GTECH and Blue Cross.  After working as Visual Design Director for internet start-up companies, such as Loanbright and SBNet, he began his own creative services agency, DPG Designs, where he developed product branding and websites for companies such as Heritage Kayaks and Harpoon Surfboards.  In 2001, he co-founded Nami Studios with his wife, Maeve Donohue.  David is also a succesful contemporary artist and is currently working on developing web based applications for the surf community.
